These terms govern your use of PousadasTests consulting and management services for hospitality businesses in South Africa.
PousadasTests provides hospitality consulting, guest experience enhancement, and boutique accommodation management. Each engagement is defined by a written agreement that specifies deliverables, timelines, and fees. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or occupancy rates.
You agree to provide accurate information about your property, staff, and operations. You must grant reasonable access to premises and records during the engagement. Failure to cooperate may delay or limit the effectiveness of our work.
All materials created by PousadasTests — including training documents, audit frameworks, and operational guides — remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in your agreement. You may use them for your property but not resell or distribute them without written permission.
Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, business interruption, or indirect damages. This limitation applies even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for services rendered up to the effective date. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
